The first thing in this world that I would like to nominate for a cape-flying, two-handed, superman punch to the balls is ... Dell computers. I know everyone loves the "Dude, you're getting a Dell" kid (see above), but I have some issues with the good people at Dell computers. I was up late last Monday studying the poker game I was playing when my beautiful mediteranean blue laptop made a spark and went kaput. I called Brian in India but he was surprisingly unhelpful. So he transferred me to Glen. Glen suggested that I check to see if the computer was plugged in. It was, so he suggested I unplug it and then plug it back in and press the power button. I had not even thought to try the nintendo power button troubleshoot. It did not work, so I blew on the computer vigorously. That was my own improv, Glen did not suggest blowing on the device. Unfortunately I got no response. Glen decided that the computer's "motherboard" was fried and needed to be replaced. I decided that Dell Computers is the worst and nominated them for a punch to the balls.
